Art Catalogue - Pictori Copisti
The poster used for the exhibition. I designed it rather quickly.
The art catalogue for the Pictori Copisti in Galeria Regelui Carol I exhibition proved to be one of the most difficult I had to design. It's about painters so all the artwork contained had to be of their paintings. Which I had to photograph, for hours on end, until every detail was perfect.
The entire catalogue for your perusal.
A video I made in Adobe Premiere to promote the exhibition.
To promote the exhibition I designed a series of print-ads which showcased the work but made it more accessible, especially to a younger audience. Moreover, I came up with and used the tag-line "When the word copyright didn't exist." -- because these paintings are copies of old masters, done at the request of the King.
Translation: Discover the selfies of a different era.
Translation: When the word copyright didn't exist.

Unfortunately all of the paintings that I photographed are under copyright. I will showcase a few of the images but I will rely mostly on detail work.
Yes, that's Rembrandt.
Once again, I thank you for looking through my work. If you have any comments, don't hesitate to post them.
