《The Penguin Guide to Punctuation》Book design
The content of this book is taken from the classic work《The Penguin Guide to Punctuation》 which the book included different chapters of punctuation like comma, semi-colon, foot stop... that the book gives out examples on both right and wrong usage of the punctuations and explain the basic usage of them.
The idea of the book design is for designers who is aiming for a quick guidebook to various punctuations that they can quickly go through the book and look for the right usage when they are doing their projects. The book can be taken out as a whole spread that the readers can finish the pages all at once, or they can select the corresponding chapter with the numbers at the side for quick searching just like the old style filing.
This is a bilingual book deign that the change of reading order indicates the language: vertical for English and horizontal for Chinese.
