This was my favorite technique to use in photoshop so far! Just by adding a texture to a brush we can get that chalky look on a painting.
The word of the week was "hopscotch". I tried to make it more interesting by putting a bunch of kids playing in the space, it was a fun idea to portray in a painting and I enjoyed every minute that I worked on it. (I made a GIF file of the process, check it out at the bottom of this page!)
