PITTS+PITTS began working for MBEF in 2005. Over the course of 4 years, we helped them raise over $12 million. More importantly, P+P was able to help MBEF go from a little-known organization to a broad-based advocate for better schools, and an example of how to do it right. As Executive Director Susan Washaw noted, “The Foundation owes a large part of its success to the voice and identity you gave it through your years of work. The community and especially the children are indebted to you.”
Since then, we've worked with foundations throughout So Cal, including those in Del Mar, Irvine, Palos Verdes and Torrance. Services include logo design, banners, web design, posters, Ask campaigns, flyers–in short, anything and everything to help your foundation succeed.
At about the same time we were working with MBEF, we also supported the high school orchestra. Our job, as we saw it, was to make their concerts something you'd want to attend, even if you weren't a friend or blood relative. We also helped raise fund to send the Symphony to perform at Carnegie Hall and, later, Disney Hall. They were that good.
