Three containers of an architectural program that includes, mainly, a coffee shop, halls for artistic events and projection rooms are deployed around a central volume which contains the main circulation as the activator of the project.
One prior objective is to generate a livable interaction between the architecture of the building and its context. The project area, located next to one of the most important lookouts in the city, has, besides an exclusive view to the landscape, a circulation path directly connected to the zones in the lower sector, a condition to be optimized through the architectural intervention
