I wrote, designed, and assembled this collection of historical artifacts meant to be reminiscent of 1940’s America and the Beat Generation. This hand-bound book was printed on tea-stained drawing paper and features photographs, graphical elements, and a short story I created attempting to contextualize the Upper Peninsula as though I imagine Jack Kerouac would have experienced, had he visited its spectacular grounds during his time traversing the country by car.
