Camelot - 'National Lottery' homepage concepts

Homepage concept 1.
As acting Lead Designer, I was given the 'out there' route to explore. The aim was to simplify all user journeys and reduce a creaking andincreasingly unmanageable amount of content to its essentials.

Homepage concept 2.
Same design with an alternate red top panel, small change, big impact.

'Draw Based Games' homepage.
After the initial homepage designs, we went through a few rounds ofre-design and arrived at the following design, which I worked up foruser research evaluation. The global and left hand nav were developedby another designer. I designed the rest of the page after plenty ofmoodboarding and collective thinking, it was decided to explore adesign where a large promo area showcased top games / above-the-foldmodules showcasing new games, with additional; screenshots, 'Play now'and 'Try' for free options.

Here you can see an activated video preview panel in the main promo area, showcasing a new Monopoly 3D game.

As is usually the case with older sites, updates and new additions quicklyoverwhelm page hierarchy - this page was intended to be the completeopposite.

This was a fun challenge. The new Lotto play-slip had to do two things well.
A) It had to look familiar to regular punters.
B) There had to be a noticeable improvement in its design and architecture.
Above, you can see my design on the left withthe old design on the right.

Euro Millions ticket re-design. My design on the left, old design on the right.

Thunderball ticket re-design. My design on the left, old design on the right.

My Lotto 'Playslip confirmation' design on the left with the old one bottom right.
