The new LocalSyr website was designed to take full advantage of all screen sizes. Moving away from the standard “desktop” look, it is highly interactive, responsive, and allows users to be fully immersed in each story. The new interface follows the company’s color palette and employs a dark theme, allowing users to read their stories any time or place without eye strain. The new design accommodates for future changes with an interactive side panel, an accessible weather widget, as well as live news through social media platforms, allowing users be always up to date on the latest news.
