In response to D&AD's 2016 Monotype Brief
Use the power of Typography to activate Your cause. Take a cause you believe in and use the power of type to make a difference. Design with typography to agitate, educate, and organise the world and your audience. I chose to focus on challenging negative perceptions looking at terms like half-caste, half-daft, half-wit and half-arsed. The project aims to tear these terms out of society and shame those who use them. Yellow is used as it is an hazardous colour with cowardice connotations. But also infroms intellect and energy.
