Lengkeng is an app that helps instrument learners study music easier.
Problem
From a point of view of a person who knows nothing but enjoy listening to music, we have no idea how hard to find a sheet music to practice. However from hearing repeatedly one complaint from instrument learners:”I can’t find the sheet music to this song!” over and over again. We just think that this problem needs to be fixed.
What we came up with is an app that automatically generates sheet music and chord as well as other adjustments that meet the needs and preference of the users.
Solution
How this app works is by generating songs that already exists from our library. These songs are from artists, and 1% of profit will go to them everytime their songs are choosen. Another way is to record from outside, however this technique doesn’t guarantee 100% correct sheet music. As for other sound from the environment might disrupt the record session. The final way is to enter links from website like youtube or vimeo. Once the sheet music is generated, user can adjust the pitch or tempo to their liking or choose between different instruments. Users also have the option to export the sheets out for later usage.
