U-Speak is a system that let's you talk to your area of MP direct, without any hassel of going to the Parliament of Uganda Headquarters. You can reach your MP by calling on Tollfree line or sending an SMS with code of your district.
This was a pitch that i created and won this account, competing with other creative agency.
