MOUNTAIN
LAG Frankopan is a natural area located in central Croatia. The specificity of this area is a significant height of mountain Klek, 1182 meters above sea level. The whole area belongs to the Dinaric system, and the southwestern region of Kordun. Therefore, the best feature of this space is a considerable karst underground, in their total size of the underground passages, the largest in Croatia.
WATER
The relief of zone is characterized by high karst phenomena such as karst fields, underground streams, rocks, sinkholes, etc., and all surface water is lost almost immediately in the underground, creating flows of water deep beneath the surface. These are also the areas of large underground cave systems of outstanding natural beauty.
Tosh design has developed the visual identity for Lag Frankopan. The strategy and design aim to communicate the important message for the preservation of natural heritage and support rural areas. The logo is built on the concept of natural beauty of Lag areas. The shape of the top of the Klek mountain and clean sources of underground rivers symbolizes the connection between these two altitude points.
