The company acquired and renovated Laguna Hills Plaza retail center, which is located in Lake Forest, California. The building houses retail outlets for a number of companies, including Ross Dress For Less, CVS Drugs and Jack In The Box.  BOSC sold the project upon completion of the renovations.
