The food court of Scarborough’s leading shopping centre is undergoing a $35 million transformation to provide shoppers with an enhanced dining experience and higher quality restaurants. STC wanted creative construction hoarding that could build excitement about the upcoming changes and evoke the classic European style that the new, upscale development will have. Underline developed original illustrations reminiscent of French bistros to accompany large type that unapologetically celebrates the changes to come.
