Corporate Responsibility Reports
The BMO Financial Group publishes a yearly Corporate Responsibility Report to communicate to stakeholders its ongoing commitment to good governance, sustainability and a human approach to customer needs. Working within the existing BMO brand guidelines and reimagining the theme of personalized service for each publication, Underline has designed the report for the past three years. In one, the design lets portraits of customers and employees bring personal stories and interactions to the forefront. In another, hand-painted ink and watercolour illustrations by UK artist Sarah Maycock further communicate the institution’s personalized, human approach.
