Interaction design: My Least Favorite Pillow

An interaction design project made at the IT University of Copenhagen 2016

My Least Favorite Pillow is a pillow that works just like an alarm clock. We tried to incorporate the feeling of hate into an interaction design, and also implementing the snooze and off functions of the alarm clock.

The made the snooze function work by shaking the pillow - it makes it easier for the user to activate instead of fumbling around for buttons.

The off function is activated by yelling: you really need to use power and raise your voice in order to completely shut it off - you're guaranteed to wake up!

Made with Arduino and different sensors.
