Gouache on illustration board
This was a design done for Amy Goodwin's Design class (Fall semester) at RISD; the project was to find an object from nature and design a pattern based on its positive/negative space using a certain color palette
My design is based on the contour line of an acorn - we had to design on Photoshop first and later paint it in Gouache; the design is focused on transparency and overlapping
We had to use our own color palette that we made by painting the gradient with Gouache
