Sara is a Dancer-Yoga/Pilates teacher-massage therapist. She's interested in taking her business into the next level after 2 successful years without an actual 'Brand'. We are working together on establishing her brand identity in addition to finding creative marketing solutions.
Our semantic brainstorming session left us with a few conecpts - Movement, Find your center, Energy, Concrete.
We tried to explore new names for Sara's business but eventually decided to go with building her 'brand' around herself and what makes her unique.
For the logo itself we started experimenting together before I took the design process to the next step.
An early visual exploration, playing with colors and shapes.
Experimeting with a typography, Word Marks and Combination Marks.
We narrowed everything down to 2 options for the logo.
Following some initial feedback and Sara's gut feeling we decided to go with the option on the right (which is still a work in progress).
This concept conveys Sara's perspective onYoga & Pilates - Energetic on one hand and Balanced on the other.
