Group Pinterest Board:  By creating a group Pinterest page it allowed us to visually share the imagery we had in our minds in regards to how we each wanted the magazine to look.

Design Exploration, Research and Inspiration. We used physical magazines to gain inspiration and insight into magazine design and layout. From this we determined our paper selection early and made a list of qualities that we wanted to incorporated within our design.

Tutorial Activity: 3 Fonts that represent 'Confident'. This activity was completed within our group in the tutorial session. It gave us great insight into the way text can be used to create feelings and emotion.

Browsing Magazines: Figuring out a consistent layout and gathering inspiration from various 'hard copy' magazines.

Browsing Magazines: Squares vs Squares | Bleed vs No Bleed. We loved this look of placing images within identicle square boxes and we wanted to incorporate this into our design.

Initial Draft Layout Testing - clean, simple, minimal. We came up with a few different page variations that we will use throughout the magazine, slightly altering for the content required.
