Homesick?
Making a cover for a band, even in this low-budget project, is always a challenge. Should the band appear on the cover? Is it important to no which kind of music the band are into? And what does the band members say, should they have a say :)
In this project, I used a photo of my freind, Emil Ryge Christoffersen. He took the cover picture on Amager, an island next to Copenhagen, capitol of Denmark. Someone used to live in this wrecked camper, but left it to be ravaged.
The back is a picture taken from a live concert in a Odense venue.
The inside, is a picture taken near Odense, of a small forest - the band members are placed in photoshop. All pictures have been color-manipulated a lot.
I also created a cover for a single, using a picture of my son - it has nothing to do with the song 'Spinning', but the band liked the pictures movement..
