Food Production areas composed of permaculture methods, using companion planting. This allows for less disease and insect problems that are associated with monoculture crops in today's large farms.
Taking precedence over the roads, the community is composed of 6 miles of trails and 3 miles of roads to encourage pedestrian connections to the Village Center and surrounding land uses.
Rendered plan of trail system connecting with single family lots and lanes. Food production areas located in green and yellow with fruit and desert native trees adjacent providing adequate shade. The use of vibrant trees at the entrance of the trails is to encourage entry onto the trail system, a destination point.
