Skud Fra hoften was a project Done for a Danish rap artist Per Vers and impro-comedy masters Specialklassen. The assignment was making graphics and an intro video for the live webcast, aired from youtube. Skud Fra Hoften means in Danish Shot From the Hip as the concept of the show is based on improvisational comedy and music.
The early steps for the video was picking our brains with a brain pick, figuring out a concept, and translating that into a storyboard. The webcast is streamed live on Facebbok and that is where the intro is inspired from. The users submit two words that will be hand picked from the video comments and used as a foundation of the impro. The inspiration for the lettering was born from alphabet soup, that the hosts then chew up and throw up straight in your face/in front of your face. That then leads up to the intro and some poor bloke trying to clean all that mess up.
