I actually designed two different brochures - this one, which was die cut and tabbed - and another, 8 x 8.5 that that folded to a 4 x 8.5 with a place for a business card. They printed both!
This one got spot varnish on the front and back "silver" areas, was die cut so that as you open it, the pages are tabbed. There was also a die cut for a business card on page 2.
