How do you give ad buyers and affiliates access to over 20,000 banners, landing pages and other creatives quickly and efficiently? That was the design challenge when building our new creative search tool. We decided the best way would be to employ a faceted search design, allowing users to search across all creative by applying filters. Our UI lead started on design, while we updated the creative database by adding tags to all creatives and sent it offshore for the laborious task of tagging each individual creative with up to 40 tags ranging from gender depicted to site advertised.
