Detailed Engineering Development. Following disciplines:
Civil: Foundations and underground facilities.
Structural: Steel support structure based on columns, beams, braces, trusses and purlins; metal deck system for floors; tray steel supports.
Architectural: Plans and elevations, water supply installations, sanitary installations, finishings and coatings.
Electrical: Interior/exterior ilumination design.
HVAC: Design of ducts and mechanical HVAC equipment proposal.
Security: Fire detection by smoke detector and fire supression system by Clean Agent FM-200.
Mechanical: Bridge Crane for Maintenance Room.
ALL ENGINEERING INCLUDED CLACULTAIONS.
SCOPE by Procurement & Construction:
Civil: Foundations, ground diggings and fillers.
Structural: Steel structure and metal deck system.
Architectural: Roofing and siding coating, masonry walls, interior and exterior finishings, Floors, dry walls, ceilings, painting, aluminum windows, fire doors and wood doors.
Electrical: Sodium vapor lamps, explosion-proof lamps and lighting protection system.
HVAC: Ducts, equipment supply.
Security: On Detection smoke detectors, hydrogen sensor for Battery Room, Intellgent Fire Alarm System Panel, strobes, steady ligths, manual pull stations, horns, control modules, relay modules and isolator modules. On Supression FM- 200 Cylinders, valves, switches, manifolds, agent release stations, pipes, pipes supporters, and nozzles.
