    The existence of life is beautiful, but is something we often neglect. We live in a subtropical country and often feel very little for the extinction of penguins or polar bears because these animals don’t exist in our country. In the same vein, Taiwan black bears or deer are slowly declining in populations and we feel nothing towards a country in which these animals don’t exist. Although we never had them around us, we still need to care about them. The yellow represents king penguins; pink represents flamingos. Blocks of color are piled irregularly and the existence of a life can be seen through the cracks, making them the focus instead of a memory that gradually disappears and is forgotten. Read Less
