90 Business Center is a new concept for an administrative building located in in the south of the 90th street .
The building consists of two lower commercial floors and seven administrative floors with different sizes of office spaces.

Unlike most of the administrative buildings in the area, We wanted to give the building a central access instead of a side entrance.
We also emphasized on the formal identity of the building with some modern geometric movements to add a dynamic
feeling to the facade, Making it more interesting and memorable .
