Specifications: The Pool thinks of the Mediterranean Sea as an enormous pool surrounded by a food-loving community. In these communities or countries, food is more than substance. It’s a way of living. As it will be at The Pool. Mediterranean food at The Pool is more than just the dishes of Southern Europe. It follows the connection of the Old Silk Road. It unites the French, Italian, Spanish cuisine with the Levant, the Balkans and North Africa.
