Overview
Usability Team site is developed in SharePoint 2010 which is used for internal team collaboration and information about the team, the process follows by the team, their services, Portfolio section describes the projects successfully delivered by the team, in-house usability lab of Ericsson and the team contacts.
Environment​​​​​​​
Microsoft SharePoint 2010, Windows 7, Adobe Photoshop, Adobe XD, Adobe Dreamweaver, CSS, HTML, Javascript and jQuery.
Roles & Responsibilities

Role
User Experience Designer

Responsibilities​​​​​​​
1. Gathered data for and collaborated in the development of user requirements for existing and new applications.
2. Identified and documented opportunities for improvement based on interaction with users.
3. Created workflow diagrams and user-interface mock-ups.
4. Coordinated pre-validation the requirements and users pain points.
5. Activity included gathering feedback from prototypes during sprints, integration tests and user acceptance testing.
6. Directed Visual Design and overall User Experience.
7. Liaised between developers, faculty and designers.
8. Produced site map, wireframes and functional requirements documentation.
9. Trained users on applications, created training materials, gathered and submitted training data for compliance.
10. Managed deployment of new releases and the associated workflow changes.
Process Followed
Initially the requirement was gathered from the stakeholders and ideation is started with paper sketch. It will be developed in design phase using Photoshop along with branding guidelines. As per the design documents site is developed as a clickable prototypes using Adobe XD. once the feedback was collected from the users and stakeholders, it will redesigned and shared the same to SharePoint development team along with design guidelines. The site will be developed in SharePoint 2010.
Technical Feasibility Analyzed​​​​​​​
The site is targeted as a responsive site and it is developed in a parallax (Single) scroll method, so Due to Technological constrains, the SharePoint feasibilities before developed. It is tested in cross browser compatibility and other devises like tab, note and smartphones.

3. Reduce trainings & Dependencies new user should be able to do primary tasks quickly
4. Findability
