This is my final project for AT 575 Principles of Forecasting at K-State. For this project we were assigned to forecast A/W 18-19 based on a mega trend from WGSN. This mega trend was Nocturne. We worked off of the overall concept of Nocturne, but based our forecast on our sub-theme "Blurring All Boundaries." We developed three sub-themes for this fashion forecast analysis assignment. We included color, textiles, materials, and looks for each sub-theme. We focused ultimately on women and young women, our segment. All flats are from WGSN. Images are not my own.
The artwork on the left is an art installation of Tilda Swinton sleeping at the MoMA. The artwork on the right is a combination of artist Mark Rothko and Johnny Depp/Winona Ryder.
Colours are Pantone TCX, textile cotton edition extended range.
