It is the corner unit of a small cluster of commercialbuildings places in a row like manner along Woodside blvd. in Charleston, South Carolina. The garage door openings on the south wall should have arched lentils12'0" at the midpoint. The side doors have glassed transoms about the 7'high doors with the same arches lentils over the transoms (9'0" high attheir midpoint). All windows have sills at 3'0" A.F.F. and headers at9'0" A.F.F.
The interior face of theexterior is exposed brick. The free standing columns are 6" diametersteel. The ceiling is plaster and is 14'0" A.F.F.
Because of its clear periodcharacter, the exterior walls were not allowed to be altered.
