This project was one that we worked on all semester long. As freshman, we were able to choose our client and create a program specific to them. We were given a base plan of a condominimum and could do what we wanted with it, within the requirements. The requirements were as follows; Kitchen, Master Bedroom and Bathroom, Living Room, and Guest Bedroom and Bathroom. You could, of course, add more rooms to your design if you wanted. Things to keep in mind when designing the condo were sustainability, universal design and accessible design.
