For the modern drummer, the hi-hat is one of the most important pieces of equipment; it consists of two cymbals mounted on a stand which can be brought together using a foot pedal.
The Scroll-Hat allows drummers to operate the hi-hat cymbals with a scroll wheel built into the heel plate of the stand, as well as with the traditional foot pedal. By adjusting the cymbals with the scroll wheel, it is possible to play two bass drum pedals without losing the functionality of the instrument.
