A groovy book about the insect world directed towards an adult audience.
Bitchin’ Bugs is a risograph printed book complied of mixed stock and multiple inserts. The books are hand finished and pamphlet bound with an option of two thread choices. Certain leaves are perforated and die cut for a playful feel. Bitchin’ Bugs has an included throw-out which pushes the boundaries of risograph printing. The inserts are riso printed onto GF Smith Colorplan papers – Candy Pink, Citrine and Stone. The body – Cyclus stock of mixed weights.
The books were produced all in-house at Dizzy Ink, Nottingham by Craig Proud and Amy Lesko over six long days. It was a mammoth task but the reward was worth it, they’re bitchin’!
