The brief was to research on the websites of design forums and confrences that happen worldwide and then redesign the current website of India Design Forum 2014 in such a way that it can be used again in 2015 after making only minimal changes to it and also to design the speaker page in an interesting way.While doing this we will have to pay attention to a few points those are layout and structure of the website,navigation and frame,design direction,who they are and what they are,user ability and wireframes.

First Attempt:
I made a simple scroll down website which had slideshow of the event playing in the upper portion.It had speakers page below it.The colours I used were according to the Idf logo.
When a person rolled over her mouse on the picture of the speaker it flips up and changes to a picture of the work by that speaker and once you click on the work a separate page of about that speaker opens up.
2nd Attempt:
This was also a scroll down website with speaker and home page combined.It had the use of bright colours in its look and feel from the idf logo.The speaker page has pictures of the speakers in the form of an inverted D to compliment the theme of the Idf logo.
3rd Attempt:
This was a website which had a very different homepage layout combining all the important elements of the website.The home page had boxes representing different items present also in the header of the website.Those boxes have logos representing those items and one can directly link himself to the pages of those tabs or items by simply clicking on them.This also makes navigation easy for the user.
Another interesting part is that these boxes have very interesting roll over funtion.As the box you hover on gets highlighted along with the box next to it.They exchange colors and become light and dark subsequently.
Final Attempt:
The last and the final attempt was a very simple homepage which had all the tabs given on it along with their logo in the middle so that the user can easily link himself to it without any inconvenience.
The speaker page had its logo on the top along with something in general written about the speakers.
The speakers pictures also had a very interesting roll over annimation as the name of the speaker appeared when a person rolled over on the image.And the name had an link icon above it on clicking on which a person can link himself to the page with detailed information about the speaker.
