Originally named Sonar Keyboard, Thorus was conceived as a digital instrument meant to teach as we play with its donut-based interface. Its UI was designed as from its creator's (Elio Scordo) early sketches, trying to give it both futuristic and sophisticated look and feel.
Though we finally went for a tablet solution -due to it's increasing complexity-, previous iterations appeared to be pretty interesting as well.
Coded in native Objective-C for the 2014 Barcelona Sónar event, the app didn’t make it to it’s launch date, so that the project was abandoned.
