High School Photography

During my Sophomore year of High School, I took my first "real" photography class. The following photos are some of my best pieces from the semester-long class.
Shot for assignment dedicated to studio lighting
Reflections

Shot on Nikon D3100. Edited using Adobe Photoshop CS6.
Portrait-Object Photography

The main idea behind the next three photos was to feature an object that appeared multiple times as the subject, with the person in the photo being positioned so their faces were not seen. All photos shot on Nikon D3100, and edited using Adobe Photoshop CS6
Portrait and Arranged Objects

This photo was about giving the viewer a glimpse into the world of the subject through their posessions. Shot on Nikon D3100. Edited using Adobe Photoshop CS6.
Street Photography

The following photos were shot during a trip to downtown Chicago in order to practice common shooting techniques employed by street photographers. Shot on Nikon D3100. Edited using Adobe Photoshop CS6.
Chicago by Night

A collection of photos of downtown Chicago at night. Inspired by Brassaï's "Paris by Night." Shot on Nikon D3100. Edited using Adobe Photoshop CS6.
(Clockwise, from top left) Lake Shore Drive near North Avenue Beach, Chicago River by Michigan Avenue, Lakefront Trail near North Avenue Beach, Chicago Skyline from Navy Pier, Garden in front of Adler Planetarium. Shot on Nikon D3100. Edited using Adobe Photoshop CS6
