Individual isolated doll packaging. The patch on the bottom left can also be covered up by a sticker making the packaging look more confusing but it was omitted for strategic purposes. 

On-shelf simulation. Awareness for parents; the children are usually the ones to look at shelves and merchandise but it's the parents who will know the subtle differences. It will come as a shock to them when they do notice it and in terms make them more aware that they are maybe missing the obvious.
