Wavelength Music Festival

This is a full branding and advertising campaign for the Wavelength Music Festival. This festival is held at the Gorge Ampitheatre in Washington. The music fest is sponsored by Whole Foods, and benifiting NAMI, the national alliance on mental illness. I took inspiration from the rich colos and intirgate mandala design of Asian and Indian cultures. The music is a mix of nu-jazz, EDM, and psychedelic funk. I wanted this festival to exude a party attitude without conforming to the norm for festivals with similar music selections.
The geurilla marketing campaign for this music festival is pop up parties at several bus shelter in larger cities. The three screens above are tv screens in the sides of the selected stations. During the five minute pop up party, there will be video playing of one of the selected artists performing at Wavelength. The confetti shown is biodegradable, and accompanied by a light show from mounted lights at the front of the shelter. This geurilla campaign is memorable and fun, keeping in theme.
