The name Pabula (lat.) means both "food" and "food for thought". The globalization has brought more and more exotic fruit and vegetables to our tables, while our knowledge of how and where they grow, as well as who tends to these plants, has shrunk. Inspired by the slow food movement, this is my tribute to the farmers we never see and the fruit of their labour on our tables.
