Jazzenatico 2016 reaches its third edition with an event that will be held at the Cesenatico’s Municipal Theatre between February and March.
It will start on February 4th with the performance of the James Carter Organ Trio, one of the current American jazz giants, accompanied by the musicians Gerard Gibb and Alex White.
For the artwork i was inspired by one of the creature totems of the water realms: the octopus, in connection with the seaside town of Cesenatico, Italy.
The octopus seems to be wearing a trumpet or come out from it, as a wreck. The idea of the trumpet used like a Fisa suggests the openness of the festival to some new musical influences.
