One of my first good modelings/renderings in blender. I tried to make the model accurate to real roman helmets, but simplifying it enough to get that nice, shiny surface. If I revisited this, I would most likely add an HDRI for better reflections, some scratch maps for interesting texture, and a bright fresnel, to separate the background from the foreground.
Matcaps always makes modeling more fun.
