Following the successful ASDA launch in March, Phase 1 of the site has now been open to the public for 3 months to positive reviews and a steady stream of shoppers. Work on Phase 2 of the development is still underway with completion set for the end of July to finish this prestigious £75 million inner city regeneration scheme in Worcester's conservation quarter. The mixed use retail development will total 222,000sq.ft of net lettable space with unit sizes ranging from 1,000sq.ft to 40,000sq.ft with a range of uses helping to create a new focal point for the city.
