These are a handful of social media graphics that I worked with the Social Media Manager to create to be dispersed on the Housing Instagram, Facebook, and Twitter page for undergraduate students living on campus.
This was an email banner created for a biannual alumni newsletter. It accompanied the top of every edition of the newsletter sent out and was created in conjunction with the department's Administrative Specialist and the Director of Housing & Residence Life.
This is a postcard that was created to inform students on the benefits to becoming a Resident Assistant. It was printed and distributed during Ohio University's student orientation.
This poster was created in conjunction with the Assistant Director of East Green to advertise for a campus-wide effort to promote the new Housing & Residence Life values. It hung in all the residence halls and inside Housing's central building.
This was a series of graphics and materials created as part of the Resident Assistant Recruitment campaign.. In conjunction with the Assistant Director of Recruitment, Selection & Training, I created a collection of informational pieces that provide students with dates and information on how to apply to become an RA.. The poster was hung in all the residence halls and around campus, the TV display was shown on TVs located in the halls, the postcard was sent out to all students via mail, and the social media images appeared on the Housing & Residence Life Facebook and Twitter pages.
These are examples of the monthly Housing & Residence Life newsletters that I am responsible for creating. I created this template that is modified monthly with the new content. Every month I am provided with content and asked to select a color theme, create visuals, and layout the information. The newsletter is then printed and distributed to all of the Housing Department staff members.
These are a few sample pages from a 170 page training manual that I created in conjunction with the Assistant Director of Assignments and Student Services. It was intended for training the Housing Ambassadors, student employees to Housing. It was printed for training purposes and an electronic version was sent to all student staff.

The postcard was sent out to all first year students residing in the residence halls.The web banner was displayed on the home page of the Housing & Residence Life website for the month leading up to, and of, the Second Year Room Selection Process.

This document was created in conjunction with the Senior Specialist of IT in order to instruct Ohio University Staff and students using the equipment placed in classrooms within the Living Learning Center building on campus. The document was printed and placed next to all monitors in order to assist users in equipment use.
