As a D1 collegiate athlete, I know what it is like to strive for excellence and have the tenacity to compete and win. After a ham string pull and the loss of my ability to compete, I began to create Decade of Excellence, a book that motivates current and prospective student athletes at Montana State.
In the past decade, 8 athletes have excelled to a level that most would deem unattainable. In this book I used energetic illustrations to capture the power and motion of the All-Americans. I paired each spread with a sans-serif typeface to create a strong typographical hierarchy that compliments the illustrations.

This book was published in the Skyline Publication Journal and also received a Silver Addy Award in the year 2015.
