The Apopka Art and Foliage Festival is a 51 year old tradition sponsored by The GFWC Apopka Woman's Club and the City of Apopka. It is the major fundraiser of Apopka Woman's Club. Funds raised are used for local causes and scholarships. The 2012 festival will be held on April 28th and 29th.
As a member of GFWC Apopka Woman's Club, I am also the webmaster for the club's general website. In the past, we have included the festival information in our general website. This year, we created this separate website to attract attention this very important fundraising event.
Both of these website were created with WordPress. The general club website won an International Website Award in 2010.

I have also created multiple slideshows featuring my photography as well as that of other members of the GFWC Apopka Woman's Club. These slideshows have been featured on our website and used in Annual Membership Teas and general meetings.
