Research, Ideation and Concept forming process
After going through the initial process of Research, User Journey, Identifying Pains and Oppurtunity Areas, Brianstorming, Idea Affinity Mapping, Concept Refinement, Process, Business Canvas Model and Value Proposition Model - We came up three very defined and strong concepts on how to engage and enhance employee experience within Cisco Organisation.
They are :
1. FRESH TO GO
2. SMILE INTERACTIVE
3. JOIN ME INTERACTIVE INSTALLATIONS
First Concept : FRESH TO GO
Cisco employee journey through different touchpoints like Lab/desk, pre-existing Talent Cloud, Vending Machine, Cafeteria, Coffee Room, Super Market and Home. Then we tried to understand the pain points and charted all the opportunities. We then tried to understand how our idea of FRESH TO GO answered all the pain points and whether answering according to the opportunities charted.
Second Concept : SMILE INTERACTIVE

We then tried to understand how our idea of JOIN ME INTERACTIVE answered all the pain points and whether answering according to the opportunities charted.
We chose to work with the interaction modalities of QUANTUM SPACE from the SMILE INTERACTIVE clubbed with the functionality of JOIN ME. We came up with CISCO UNIVERSE.
