The first stage of design lays the foundation, which defines the future life of the website. The secret behind any website’s success is serious study of all the information that’s initially available, and careful design of every small detail.
The target audience for this project is business owners in the USA. For them, time is the most valuable resource. The information should be represented accordingly, so that this valuable resource is not wasted. We should get rid of all the useless elements, ensure quick access to every section, arrange the information in a systematic way, and put a video on the main page. Simple, clear, accessible, and fast – these are the key principles we were committed to during the first stage of website design.
The success of this kind of business depends on a well-developed website system and good marketing.
While developing the visual design, I conducted an additional research. It showed that the information on the website should be represented in a more ‘lively’ way. The US audience is already bored of the traditional websites with sequential horizontal layout of elements; while remaining in this category, it is quite difficult to come up with anything original. I found a solution. Any system should have its unique face, which is created by details. Bessen has become a combination of modern technical solutions and refined authentic look.
Bessen is a set of various mini-systems: popup forms, landing pages, color highlights, and other information layout priorities. Every pixel works for the common goal – for the user to make those highly desirable mouse clicks or a phone call to order demonstration of the equipment and experience its advantages.
As a result, we got a wonderful tool for new business systems development. The client received all the source files, perfectly structured and prepared for further works required for the project launch. The next stages – layout coding, programming, and launching – were completed by the client on their own.
