Lilly in the Moonlight - my friend's daughter.  She was actually standing on a sheep loading ramp miles away!  The broken fence on the clifftop caught my eye and I knew they would match up!
No-one seems to like this one very much, but it is one of my favourites.  I think it has a very Japanese feel to it - and the burnt-out car gets another outing!
At the Spring Bay Mill in Triabunna (from where untold tonnes of woodchips were shipped around the world) the rusty and scarred steel loading bay - overlaid on trees and fog.  The scratches on the loading bay put me in mind of frantic clawing to prevent being drawn into the chipper - it was quite an eerie place.
Playing around with overlays - a lot of the textures I am overlaying come from the burnt paintwork of a stolen car!
This was an exercise to practice overlaying pictures to create composites.  Dead tree branches seem like aerial views of river deltas - the rocks are the parched landscape.  I love looking at aerial photography - I can spend hours on Google Earth flying all over the world!
This is a first draft - I'm still working on this one as I am not very happy with it!
More rusty burnt car body overlaid on a sunrise - the colours blended well!
Playing with patterns - and practising photoshop techniques!
