    I felt that Ghirardelli's timeless chocolate deserved an updated logo. I kept the main elements of the original logo and modernized and updated the look of it. I wanted to keep the premium appearance, while also maintaining the historic value that the Ghirardelli brand cherishes. I also created a new product for them that I felt would stand out on the shelves against other chocolate brands. I wanted to have a variety package to expand peoples’ options. My product includes dark chocolate covered almonds, raisins, and espresso beans. I divided the inside of the package evenly, so that there was no wasted space. The functionality of my package is a little different as well, featuring a rotating lid so that the consumer can choose which product they would like to dispense. The copy above the nutrition facts was taken from an original Ghirardelli dark chocolate product. Read Less
